We provide English summaries and clause‑by‑clause notes. If you need a certified translation, we’ll connect you with a sworn translator (quoted separately).
What if the landlord refuses changes?
We’ll suggest fallback language. If it turns into a dispute, you can upgrade to a Lawyer Letter. Your Email Answer fee can be credited toward the letter within 14 days for the same matter.
Do you store my documents securely?
Yes. Intake uses TLS and files are stored with restricted access. Payments are processed on Stripe’s PCI‑compliant platform.
