Frequently asked questions
What’s included in the $179 base price?
Up to 3 pages (about 900–1,200 words), one revision round within 7 days, and delivery as DOCX + PDF. Extra pages are $25 each. Spanish version included on request.
Do I need a notario to make it valid in Mexico?
Many wills/POAs in Mexico are executed before a notario, especially when property or high‑stakes matters are involved. We’ll draft and prepare you for execution and, if needed, coordinate a notario appointment and quote through a licensed Mexican law office.
Can I use my home‑country will in Mexico?
It depends on the assets and governing law. Often, a separate Mexican testament for Mexico‑situs assets is cleaner. We’ll advise on practical options and coordinate local formalities when required.
Do you handle complex instructions or trusts?
Yes — non‑litigation drafting is covered by our page‑based pricing. If your plan requires regulated steps (court filings, fiduciary arrangements needing specific licensing, or notarial acts), we’ll coordinate with a licensed Mexican law office and quote those pieces separately.
