FAQs

Are you a law firm?
No. We’re a legal concierge. Independent licensed Mexican attorneys provide the advice/documents. We don’t appear in court.
Who actually drafts the letters and reviews?
Independent Mexican law offices prepare the legal deliverables (lawyer letters, contract checks, immigration route letters). We coordinate intake and communication in English.
How fast do you reply and deliver?
We reply within 1 business hour during 09:00–19:00 ET. Delivery is usually within 24–72 hours after intake confirmation. Core aims for ~24–48 hours; Plus targets around 24 hours where feasible. Rush is offered on select items.
What happens if the promised timeframe is missed?
We credit 20% of that item — our speed promise.
Which cities do you cover?
We work by email across Mexico. Popular hubs: Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Cozumel. Same services in every location.
Do you meet in person?
Service is email‑first and remote‑friendly. If you need in‑person help, we’ll connect you with a suitable law firm in your area.
Do you work with notarios?
Yes, when needed (e.g., closings, wills). We coordinate; we’re not a notary or a law firm.
What counts as a “deliverable” in Core/Plus?
A deliverable is either a demand/complaint letter on law‑firm letterhead or a 2–3 page pre‑sign contract check. Immigration route + checklist is a one‑off ($89) and discounted under plans.
Can you rush my item?
Yes. Rush is available for letters (+$39) and contract reviews (+$49). Plus plan also includes one Fast Lane priority per month.
How do I send documents?
Upload PDFs/Word files or clear photos/screenshots during intake. Add any timelines and what outcome you want.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Your information is handled privately and shared only with the independent law office working on your matter.
What if my contract is longer than 3 pages?
We can add pages at $25/page, or scope a deeper review if needed.
Do you contact the other side for me?
Most work is a lawyer letter or email text for you to send. If you need direct representation or filings, we’ll connect you with a suitable law firm.
Payments, currency, and refunds?
Prices are in USD. Because work begins quickly after intake confirmation, fees are generally non‑refundable. If we miss a promised timeframe, we credit 20% of that item.
Can you help if I’m outside Mexico?
Yes. We work by email, so you can be anywhere. We include a Spanish version of letters when needed for recipients in Mexico.
Do you handle emergencies or litigation?
We don’t handle emergencies or litigation. If your matter needs urgent in‑person action or a lawsuit, we’ll connect you with a suitable law firm.
