Our commitment to transparent pricing includes clear refund terms.

1) Summary at a glance
- One‑offs: Full refund if work has not started. Partial refund possible if scoping began but drafting did not. No refund once deliverable has been produced or substantial attorney time has been spent.
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds. If an included one‑off was not used, it does not convert to cash.
- How to request: Email our concierge with your order ID and reason; we review promptly.

2) One‑off services
Examples: contract review, lawyer letter, immigration checklist, OSINT check.
- Before work starts: full refund on request.
- After scoping starts (intake review, clarifying questions): up to 50% refund at our discretion if drafting has not begun.
- After drafting/research begins or deliverable provided: not refundable.
Quality issue? We will make reasonable revisions to match the scope purchased. If the requested outcome requires additional work beyond scope, we’ll quote options.
3) Subscriptions
- Renewals: subscriptions renew automatically (monthly unless otherwise stated).
- Cancel anytime: access continues until the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds.
- Included benefits: unused benefits don’t roll over or convert to cash.
4) How to request a refund
Email our concierge team and include your order ID, purchase email, and a short reason.
5) Timing, method & currency
- Timing: we aim to decide within 3–5 business days of your request.
- Method: approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Currency: refunds are issued in the currency you paid; exchange rates/fees are set by your bank/provider.
6) Exceptions
- Matters outside our scope or requiring urgent same‑day work (once begun) are not refundable.
- Government fees, certified translations, courier costs, and third‑party charges are not refundable once incurred.
7) Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed, we may provide documentation of the work performed. To speed resolution, please contact us first so we can try to help.
