1) About Mexico Lawyer Help
Mexico Lawyer Help (MLH) is a legal concierge service for English-speaking clients. We coordinate intake, communication,
and delivery of legal work prepared by independent, licensed Mexican law offices. MLH is not a law firm and does not
provide legal representation or appear before authorities.
2) Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- Provide accurate information and keep contact details up to date.
- Do not share access credentials or misuse any intake tools we provide.
2A) Law firm & partner participation
If you apply or participate as a law firm or partner in our network:
- You confirm that you are licensed to practice law in Mexico and are in good standing with the relevant bar or regulatory authority.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your firm, attorneys, and services.
- We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any firm from the network at our sole discretion.
Participation in the network does not create:
- a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between MLH and any firm or attorney;
- any exclusivity of placement or client routing, unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement.
3) Services & scope
- Independent law offices are solely responsible for legal advice and documents. MLH provides coordination and client service.
- Deliverables are based on the facts you provide; you are responsible for accuracy and completeness.
- Turnaround times are estimates and may change based on complexity or required information.
4) Payments & refunds
Payments are processed by third parties (e.g., Stripe). Refunds follow our
Refund Policy.
Certain services may be non-refundable once work starts or third-party fees are incurred.
4A) Partner fees & placement
Certain placements (such as Featured or Exclusive Partner tiers) require payment of fees. The following applies:
- Fees may be billed annually or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Placement is subject to availability, review, and continued compliance with these Terms.
MLH does not guarantee:
- a specific number of client leads or enquiries;
- client conversions or engagement;
- any specific revenue or outcome.
4B) Lead routing & discretion
- Mexico Lawyer Help retains full discretion over how client enquiries are assessed, triaged, and routed.
- We may determine which firm or firms to introduce to a client based on factors including case fit, location, availability, language, and the client's expressed needs.
- Participation in any placement tier does not guarantee selection for any specific client matter.
5) Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity; no harassment or threats.
- No submission of content that violates rights of others (privacy, IP, or confidentiality).
- No attempts to bypass security, scrape, or overload our systems.
6) Your content
You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant MLH and the assigned law office a limited license to use
the materials solely to provide the services you request. You represent that you have the right to share the materials
and that they do not violate any law or rights of others.
6A) Firm profiles & content
By submitting profile content (including firm descriptions, practice area details, team biographies, and branding assets), you grant MLH a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, edit, and format that content on our website for the purpose of operating your profile listing.
- We may modify submitted content for clarity, consistency, or presentation without altering its substance.

non-infringement.
8) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLH and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. MLH’s
total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to MLH for the service at
issue in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLH from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including
reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
10) Changes to services or terms
We may update services and these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide a clear notice on
the site. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10A) Partner suspension & removal
We may suspend or remove a firm from our network at any time if:
- required professional credentials cannot be verified or have lapsed;
- the firm fails to meet our quality or responsiveness standards;
- credible complaints or misconduct concerns are raised;
- reputational issues arise that may affect clients or MLH;
- these Terms are materially violated.
No refunds are provided for removed firms unless required by applicable law.
11) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo,
